How to prepare Shabbat aliyot with the suggestions
The weekly aliyot report suggests who to call for a yahrzeit, a simcha, or a long wait. The suggestion is shown to the gabbai. No invitation is sent to the member. After Shabbat you can scan a printed card and record the aliyah and the amount.
