From the card a member fills to the Motzaei Shabbat scan
The member signs in and fills their own card: details, family and important dates. The gabbai prints a card file from what was already filled. Each card has a code to scan. On Motzaei Shabbat you scan the card. It opens a details update, or an aliyah for the Shabbat that just ended, including the amount. After you save, who was called and what they gave are updated. A boy who has turned thirteen, and has a birth date, gets his own printed card. The aliyah is recorded on him, and his details stay linked to the parent card. A girl, and a younger boy, stay without a separate printed card.
